I’m not sure how many people traveled with cameras back then. Father Browne’s only exist because he got off at the first stop and was an amateur photographer. The Titanic existed for such a brief moment, not even finishing a single voyage, so there wasn’t much time to photograph her, and I’m sure a lot went down with the ship. Had the Titanic had a successful career, I’m sure we would have seen loads more photos from the many passengers that would sail on her over the years. Also, Olympic was in service until the 1930’s, so there was plenty of time to photograph her. Titanic was still being readied right up to last last minute, so there may have not been time for a proper White Star Line photo shoot. Titanic, while having had some significant upgrades, was not as heavily photographed initially. Olympic had already been in service for some time and was very similar and the real headliner, as she was the first in her class. These photos were taken by Father Browne during his trip to Queenstown and the newspaper photographers that had access prior to sailing. There are photos of a few of her B deck luxury suites, the private promenade deck, the gymnasium, Turkish baths, Father Brownes A deck stateroom, the wireless room, the first class reading and writing room, and a not so great quality photo of the 1st class dining room. There are a few photos of her actual interiors.
